Johnny just called me out of the blue asking if there any chance he might be able to come down and do a shoot. He didn't want an interview or anything, he just wanted to do a video. But wasn't willing to come down and see me unless he was gonna get the work. 
Of course it's impossible to say that, ya just don't know what the guy looks like, he could be anyone. So I got him to describe himself over the phone, to give himself a bit of a rap. He sounded pretty hot, not that ya can always trust people to describe themselves accurately, but hey, he sounded hot. So I took the gamble and told him to come around.
About an hour or so later he turned up, straight from work, not disappointing at all, and still in his work gear, bonus. Mate, what is it about guys in those work kits.
